Secondary my bank never refuse to pay any amounts i want to pay and my credit lines on all my cards more then 80$ in many thousands times !!!! I am not a kid , I am businessmen with more then 25 years running of multimillion company as CO !!!! And now!!! I spend so much money already to play this game then you will suspect me in frauds??? I give You last chance before I take next auction to fix this issue created by your company negligence !!
This card *********** has been used last time on this particular account in UKRANIAN SERVER on 03/30/09 , and it been used many times before as a payments to GAMEFORGE PROD. ITEMSA KARLSRUHE DEU as stated in my CITI bank credit card statements ( 24 hour customer service U.S. and CANADA tel.# 1800-822-7042 , from other locations call collect 605-335-2222) and YOU post charge on this card 03/30/09 in the amount of $39.99 !!!!! And I can't show any charge on my CHACE bank credit card ********** because YOU never plays payment to this account ,but as stated by my bank representatives this transaction of $79.99 was approved and not posted by your company !!!!
from outside the U.S. you may call collect 302-594-8200 and my bank will give you any conformation you need !!!! If for verifications You need to make 3 way calling with my bank and me, I am ready any time 24/7 my mobile phone 917-379-7302 . You have to call my bank first ,then connect to my phone , this will give you 100% then I am the person who owe this credit cards, because banks will verified my information first !!!! and now after i gave you all necessary information and after verification of this information I hope I'LL receive apology letter from your COMPANY for negligence of doing biasness this way !!!

Unfortunately the amount was not charged to your credit card. For this reason your player account has been banned. At the same time of the banning you will receive an email to the given email address with all the necessary informations regarding how to undo the banning.
Reasons for the faulty charge could be not enough cover / balance on your credit card, incorrect data when ordering or a decline from your bank / credit card institute.
At first please send us your credit card bill for the number 542418****4846 and 522276****3060 as proof of payment. We need to see the credit card bill since there is a suspicion of fraud. We have to check that first.

my cedit card bank ready to pay if you submit tte payment to my bank , they authorized this transaction and you must only get money from my bank !!!! So it's your company issue ,not my bank or my card!!!!

I just call my credit card bank and they said i have no problem with this issue, it was autorize by my bank and your company must to get money from my bank !!! I hope you resolve this issue as soon as possible , other wise i have to bring this issue to legal metter, coz this is no the first time my bank autorize paiments to your company ,and your company can't provide service !!!!!
